REFLECTIONS

"Today was very fun! We got dropped off at Seibo early in the morning. I met Keko, a student from the class I would be in. The Japanese students in the class were very nice, and there were a lot of cute boys. I was a little disappointed when the schedule got changed and instead of having two periods of English I had an extra period of Math and Bible study. (Seibo is a Lutheran school.) But, it turned out to be a lot of fun. The Social Studies teacher had me help teach the class, which was really cool, and I took a lot of pictures

with the students before my batteries ran out. Visiting a Japanese high school was a great experience and I got to meet a lot of new people that were my age. So altogether it was a pretty awesome day." ~Shannon Eastman
