REFLECTIONS "The Junior
High School was a lot of fun. I think I had more fun there than at the High
School. At the Junior High, they made sure that you understood what was going
on and that you could participate in all the activities. During one of the
classes, the students didn't do anything except show me how to play with traditional
Japanese toys and show me how to fold origami. We played bingo in English
class and in Japanese class we played a game with tongue twisters. It was
a lot of fun, but they were really hard to say. The girl I shadowed for the
day was Kazuyo, she had stayed with Yolanda Lin. She was very nice and I hope
to see her again." |
